Return & Refund Policy

Tappin’ Roots guarantees everything we sell 100%. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If our product does not meet your needs or expectations we simply ask that you Contact Us. You will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and given the address to which the product should be returned. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be credited.

Returns

You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. We ask that you allow ten to fourteen (10-14) business days for all returns to be processed once they have been received on our end. Return orders may incur to up to a 25% restocking fee.

In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling) and less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be issued via Paypal. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on purchases are nonrefundable.
